    MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF RESCUE OFFICER

    Jack is a founding member of Rescue Recovery 1 and one of our managing directors. He established Rescue Recovery 1 to provide high-level fire service support to the motorsports community. Six years later, the organization has expanded its offerings to include medical services, enhancing its contributions to the wider community.

    With over 7 years of experience in fire and technical rescue training, along with expertise in road traffic management—both in operational and design capacities—Jack demonstrates a strong commitment to public safety. His dedication to community service is evident in his efforts to volunteer with various charitable organisations, instilling a culture of giving back within his team.

  • Alan Bull (RN)

    MANAGING DIRECTOR/CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

    Alan joined our team in 2022 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, where he leads a dedicated team focused on managing acutely unwell patients within their home environments.

    His background as a Scout Leader and clinical nurse has equipped him with essential skills as a calm and confident first responder, whether in remote locations or familiar settings such as homes and hospitals. In late 2023, Alan was appointed as a director alongside the founder, Jack. Since then, he has been instrumental in advancing Rescue Recovery 1's mission and future initiatives.

  • Dr Tracey Hay

    CHIEF OF MEDICAL OPERATIONS

    Dr Hay joined the organisation last year and has quickly become a pivotal member, contributing significantly to its success and development.

    Dr Hay has worked in psychiatry for more than 8 years. Initially spent 5 years full time working in inpatient adult psychiatry, including PICU, CL, ED and as the senior registrar in the MHOA.

    She has since worked in community and inpatient settings as a locum medical officer. This included 6 months working in the remote mining town of South Hedland, covering several smaller towns and Aboriginal settlements and providing mental health support. Most recently, she has worked in Older Adult Community mental health, and has found this is where her passion lies!

    In December 2023, she completed the Office of Chief Psychiatrist (WA) Prescribed Medical Practitioner (PMP) training and is now gazetted by the WA Government to carry out this role in the North Metro Health Service.

  • Jessie Bull

    ASSISTANT CHIEF OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

    Jessie serves as the co-founder and sister of one of the Directors, Jack. Her expertise in conflict management and resolution is a valuable asset to the team. With a flexible role that evolves from day to day, she remains the primary point of contact for significant events, ensuring that the team operates at peak efficiency.

    With many years of experience in event management, Jessie is well-regarded by clients for her ability to streamline the booking and preparation processes, making event planning straightforward and effective. Her dedication contributes significantly to the overall success of the team's objectives.

  • Brayden (ASEN)

    DEPUTY CHIEF MEDICAL OPERATIONS

    Brayden has over six years of experience in the medical profession, encompassing both clinical and field settings. His extensive background is complemented by a strong commitment to community service and volunteer work, reflecting his dedication to providing optimal support and service to clients. Additionally, Brayden possesses significant expertise in radio telecommunications, having developed mobile radio repeater systems and currently managing and servicing the communication equipment for Rescue 1. His diverse skill set ensures a reliable and effective approach to both medical and technical challenges.

  • Casey (RP)

    OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

    Casey has dedicated three years to the medical field, focusing primarily on event health services. Her professional experience encompasses roles in event medical support, emergency departments, and critical patient transport. Driven by a passion for community care, Casey is committed to ensuring that appropriate resources are available when needed. In early 2024, she transitioned into the role of Operations and Logistics Coordinator, where she played a pivotal role in implementing changes to our ambulance crews, aimed at enhancing service delivery to clients.

  • Alicia Hemmings

    Alicia

    OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

    Alicia joined Rescue Recovery 1 in November 2022. Has since worked in various healthcare positions including events, hospital and patient transport.

    With over 3 years in the medical field as a medic, Alicia has developed an extensive reportare working with patients in all walks of life. Alicia thrives in the fast paced environment that being a medic includes but also loves the compassion and the rapport that is vital in a patients lives. She is a firm believer in the importance of treating every patient with a level head and the utmost care and professionalism.

    To further her skill and knowledge, she is currently studying her Bachelors of paramedicine and certificate in disaster management. Alicia enjoys working closely with the team at Rescue Recovery 1 and is looking forward to seeing what she can further acheive in her role as logistics coordinator.

  • Emma

    SOUTHERN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

    Emma has over a decade of experience in traffic management, leading a large team on major projects in Western Australia. Her expertise in firefighting and medical response adds value to the Rescue 1 team, ensuring client satisfaction. In early 2024, she earned a Diploma of Emergency Health Care and became Operations Supervisor, overseeing Rescue Recovery 1's growing client base and making significant contributions in her field.
